Ivy & Harper is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, customs delays, carrier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the consumer.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise stated by Ivy & Harper.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning products. Ivy & Harper is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned product.
Article 11 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been broken
- Products that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or are no longer in original condition
- Digital products or services that have already been delivered, where applicable
- Gift cards, where applicable

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to an error on our part.
